Amazon Buying More Than 1 Item

When buying items with codes before the last few months, I was always able to purchase whichever promotions I was approved for all at one time. Now when I try to use more than one code for more than one item in a single shopping trip, either the codes do not work or I get the error message that the code was already used. Do I have to buy every promotion separately and with a different check out for each and every item? In the past, I was always able to use more than one code and check out more than one item at a time. Thank you.

Dear Jennifer, try buying them separately. But, most probably, the codes are not valid. You should use our messaging system to contact the business regarding this issue. Go to “My Reviews” page and click on “Send message” button you can see on the right from the promotion you have a problem with. This is how you can contact the business directly and ask them for a new code. In case they do not respond, please be patient and give the business a few days to respond as they may be buried in emails, especially if there's something wrong with all the codes.
