How To Best Contact Seller/Manufacturer

It is recommended that we contact the "runner of the promotion" in the event that we have issues with the product before we write a review, to give said people the opportunity to "make it right". However, I'm a bit confused on how to go about that. I mean, I can totally get ahold of them on Amazon, but I didn't know if maybe there was somewhere on Giveaway Service where we were supposed to be able to contact them? I've noticed that I've gotten some messages from the people considering me for promotions, but I've not found how to send one to them. Please advise.

Dear Elizabeth, You should use our messaging system to contact the business regarding any possible issues with codes or their product. Go to “My Reviews” page and click on “Send message” button you can see on the right from the promotion you have a problem with. This is how you can contact the business directly and ask them anything you want. In case they do not respond, please be patient and give the business a few days to respond as they may be buried in emails, especially if there's something wrong with all the codes or products. If you have given them sufficient time to respond and you still don't hear from them, inform us about the problem via email. Our Customer Service will be happy to assist you.
