How to receive a defective product picture from the author?

An author complains that she received a defective item. I would like to ask her to send me the picture before I ship out the replacement. But there is no option to attach the picture to your messaging system. Please advice

Dear Heidy, You can send her a message saying to send pictures in an e-mail to us at email@example.com. We will then send those pictures to you without disclosing her personal e-mail. Kind regards, Miranda.
