An item I ordered came damaged, the box it came in was completely smashed and there is powder all over my living room floor. What should i do about this?

Dear Linda, You can use our messaging system to contact the business regarding this issue. Go to “My Reviews” page and click on “Send message” button you can see on the right from the promotion you have a problem with. This is how you can contact the business directly and give them a chance to send you a new product. In case they do not respond, please be patient and give the business a few days to respond as they may be buried in emails, especially if there's something wrong with all the products. If you have given them sufficient time to respond and you still don't hear from them, inform us about the problem again. Our Customer Service will be happy to assist you. You can, then, write your honest review or, if you feel uncomfortable doing that, we can remove you from the promotion and you won't have to post anything. Kind regards, Miranda, Giveaway Service Rep

Thanks, miranda, i contacted them yesterday so I will wait a couple of days and see where it goes :)
