Missing approval message

I got an email saying I was approved then another email saying that I received a new message from that company but I cannot find the message and/or the code anywhere on my account. what should I do.

Dear Tina, Please log into your Giveaway Service account. Go to My Messages https://www.giveawayservice.com/account/messages/inbox and you should see all received messages. If you do not see your message, please go to My Reviews page https://www.giveawayservice.com/account/reviews and send message directly to the business. There is Send message button next to promotion title. Best Regards, Paul

i checked both places and there is nothing there
